SQL Server 2005 exceeds dependability requirements and provides innovative capabilities that increase employee effectiveness, integrate heterogeneous IT ecosystems, and maximize capital and operating budgets. Today, VeriCenter supports two versions of the Microsoft SQL Server 2005:
- SQL Server 2005 Standard Edition - Supports up to 4 processors and 2GB of RAM, with a maximum database size of 1TB.
- SQL Server 2005 Enterprise Edition - Supports up to 32 processors and 64GB of RAM, with a maximum database size of 1TB.
Benchmarked for scalability, speed, and performance, SQL Server 2005 is a full enterprise-class database product, providing core support for Extensible Markup Language (XML) and Internet queries.
