Platform Administration Services
VeriCenter's support staff is comprised of Intel-, Sun-, and Compaq-certified experts proficient in hardware troubleshooting, problem diagnosis, and resolution. Our staff provides complete installation, configuration, and testing of your environment. Once the environment is operational, VeriCenter provides maintenance in partnership with equipment manufacturers and third-party service providers. VeriCenter supplies spare components, or if needed, complete systems from onsite inventory.
Security Administration Services
VeriCenter provides full security administration of your applications, including security patch notification, evaluation, and deployment. Customer Administration Services
VeriCenter provides you with limited administration privileges so you can retain the ability to address your unique application needs. This access includes NT remote administration using PPTP, and UNIX remote administration using SSH.
