Network Monitoring

Our network monitoring services range from simple up/down status to customized threshold monitoring (such as server CPU and disk utilization) to I/O queue length. VeriCenter provides monitoring and real-time detection of both exception and normal operating conditions for monitored elements. We notify you if pre-defined thresholds are exceeded, allowing you to proactively address potential problems before your customers call you.
Network monitoring is provided through a secure connection to your environment, and reporting information is accessed via our Web-based Customer Portal. This portal not only offers a snapshot of your current system state, but also provides trending analysis to help you manage your environment.
VeriCenter's network management services provide comprehensive turnkey support for your local and wide area networks (LANs and WANs). This service is backed by a highly trained team of technicians and engineers with proven expertise in network management and maintenance.
VeriCenter remotely manages your network infrastructure, including routers, hubs, and switches, for the highest reliability and optimized performance. When a problem is detected and isolated, VeriCenter takes the steps necessary to coordinate with hardware vendors and carrier partner(s) for problem resolution. At all times, you're able to access critical information about your network through our secure Web-based Customer Portal.

WAN/MAN Connectivity
Once you move your hosted environment to VeriCenter's Tier 1 data center, how do you access it? Through one of our network solutions.
Whether you want secure access for administrative purposes only or gigabit metro area network (MAN) connections to extend the LAN from your site to VeriCenter's, we can accommodate your needs. We can also custom-design a solution to meet specific security or redundancy concerns.
VeriCenter’s standard offerings include private network access, with speeds from DS1 to DS3. In addition, through our partners, we can offer private Ethernet connections ranging from 10 Mbps to 1,000 Mbps.
